Spicy seasonal delight! Ramp hot sauce- aka RAMPACHA
This hot sauce is made with a hearty dose of Ramps (wild leaks), Egyptian walking onions from our garden, jalapeño and Serrano peppers, and a heaping dose of Spruce tips. Blended with mugwort ACV, rice vinegar and white vinegar. Finished with ramp salt and spruce sugar and an egg yolk. 
You’ll want to put this on everything, it has fantastic flavor and great heat. Everything you could want in a hot sauce!
